Service was excellent but I was a waiting customer, told 90 mins at the booking stage, yet told 3 hours wait when I arrived. That meant I had to prudently change plans for later in the day.

Initially after booking via the myBMW app I received an email saying someone would be in touch but nobody did for about 4 days until I called the branch. After collecting my car I was told I would be emailed a copy of the ISTA report but wasn't.

I decided to work in the showroom and wait for the car and Mr Kyle Clarke from your service team gave me regular updates on progress. He explained the invoice and also offered to have the car washed.

Awful service, didn't complete the full job as described. Took nearly 2 hours to complete an airbag recall. Damaged a window shade inside my car. Meant to complete health check and wash car. No reason given as to why it took so long.
