I have purposely rated this as zero to get my feedback across. BMW Inchcape used to do pick up and return for the service but Group 1 Auto has now stopped this service. bMW is a luxury brand and I am happy to pay for the service at market price

I didn't get me car serviced at BMW Norwich. It was done by another th er dealership. However there a multipoint check on the car before delivery didn't spot the leak and oil cooler issue for the drivetrain which I had within days of delivery.

I turned up unannounced. I was nervous about going there as I had not bought the car from them. I was embarrassed that I had not gone to my local dealer. Crispin said not to worry about that and he tried to fix the car immediately.

Not with bmw warranty. Told me heated seat isn't covered because its wear and tear. How does that work as to fix the seat you first have to remove it, then completely strip it down to replace the faulty parts. Will purchase my next warranty elsewhere

The customer service was extremely poor. To fit a rear door surround it took two appointments. The first time I booked the vehicle in for 12 noon didn't enter the workshop until 13.50 and then I was informed the part was damaged.

Service exceeded expectations, in terms of check-in and wait time, but a 20 min delay at end to correct paperwork (address and vehicle model incorrect), and quality of car clean wasn't great. Hence score of 4 rather than 5.

I used the auto check in service for a planned waiting appointment for a service and brake fluid change. In the end I had to wait almost four hours as a recall issue was also dealt with. No one advised me of this increased waiting time - I had to ask

My recent service wasn't without its problems. The engine oil change had to be delayed a day as there was insufficient new oil at the garage. Despite this Claire from BMW Norwich kept me fully up to date as new information emerged.

I booked the service on line and was surprised it could be done the same week. The Norwich garage had no record of the booking and particularly my need fr a courtsey car, but they magicked up one from somewhere.

I was kept informed throughout the whole process and whilst i had to leave the car overnight to wait for a part Paris had arranged for it to be ready before lunch the next day superb service

Service face to face excellent . Don't quite understand how a broken wire could be missed in initial diagnostics...it would have meant a 60mile 2nd round trip if service lead hadn't taken on board my challenge and was abe to keep car overnight

Today ( 4 Feb 2025) My X3 failed the MOT due to a broken nearside coil spring. It is only just over a week since it was inspected at your dealership. Mileage 145209 I appreciate it was a visual health check but I consider it should have been noted

Everything went well apart from shearing one bolt on the EGRV as it was removed - this meant I had to leave the car for longer than expected altho was given a loan car.

I realise you make no money on tyres so you need to 'inflate' the price of the tyres/fitting to cover cost, but you do so at the customers expense.. having someone explain to me that going elsewhere to get a new tyres for less money would .
