Completely - given the amount of money involved it's a serious business buying a new car but it should also be an enjoyable fun experience. I think the balance between those things was perfectly struck.

Initially after booking via the myBMW app I received an email saying someone would be in touch but nobody did for about 4 days until I called the branch. After collecting my car I was told I would be emailed a copy of the ISTA report but wasn't.

I decided to work in the showroom and wait for the car and Mr Kyle Clarke from your service team gave me regular updates on progress. He explained the invoice and also offered to have the car washed.

Awful service, didn't complete the full job as described. Took nearly 2 hours to complete an airbag recall. Damaged a window shade inside my car. Meant to complete health check and wash car. No reason given as to why it took so long.

The lady managing the service was great and the only saving grace of the whole experience, I pruposely booked a wait for service and was told no more than 2hrs but on the day was told it would be longer as they over booked this type of service 4.5hrs
