Front desk polite but find pressure to have non essential work - I checked my vehicle prior to an MOT carefully checking condition and effectiveness of wiper blades - all good but mysteriously a split was found were there had none prior to arrival!

Diagnostics confirmed my suspicions, however new fault appeared whilst with your team, bonnet sensor alert to state bonnet not closed, when it is firmly closed. I have to tolerate issue or bring it back for a replacement sensor, at more labour cost..

I had a call about 14:00 to say the service was done and 3 tires were illegal. I called back and no one answered. I called back 10 times and no answer. I then get a call back at 5:30 to say i shouldn't drive the car. How do you expect me to get home.
