The car originally went in for a diagnostic due to a rattle under acceleration. They found the issue was a handbrake clip and said they'd temporarily fixed it, but the noise is now louder and more frequent. Wish I'd never taken it in.

I have to say my experience with Group 1 BMW was very disappointing. You had my car for the day for a full service, and I always book a loan car, for convenience, a Mini Cooper S. I have never experienced such an uncomfortable car, truly awful.

One of the issues is still not resolved. One was and I very was happy about this but my tyre pressure sensor is still coming up as a fault. Was told it was a software issue and it was sorted but it isn't. Will follow when back home.

For a leading manufacturer I found the service average for the second service running. Check in process over complicated with computerised log in not explained when originall making telephone booking. Booked in for 10.30, car not ready until 1.15 ish

As on entering the building I was greeted with a lovely greeting from Paris which in the past it hasn't been She made me feel very welcome and at ease and kept me noted on everything they would be doing with my vehicle, estimated time and pick up .

Paris was fantastic from start to finish. My car wasn't completely finished on time so I was given the option of keeping the loan car which made life easier. Paris kept me fully up to date. Paris is a huge credit to BMW Norwich.
